He holds a doctorate degree in Management from Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta; a Master’s degree in Corporate Law (MCL) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia; and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, Texas, USA. Hadi is a seasoned financial advisor with more than 25 years of work experience, including 6 years in international public accountant firms. Hadi has an extensive experience in the field of M&A, debt restructuring, capital raising, financial due diligence, and corporate restructuring. In recent years, Hadi has succeeded to gain trust from numerous big companies in helping them to restructure their mega debt.
