Sendang is a Partner and Co-founder of Helios Capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Toledo, Ohio, USA. He has more than 25 years of work experience in the field of financial advisory and capital market. In addition to his experience in the field of financial advisory such as M&A, IPO preparation, capital raising, and debt restructuring. Sendang is also a Certified Business Valuer who is a member of the Indonesian Professional Society of Appraisers (MAPPI). Sendang has a clientele which includes companies engaged in various industries such as manufacturing (textile, steel, and chemical), oil and gas, palm oil plantation, mining, hospital, logistics, and FMCG.
