Steven is a Partner at Helios Capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, Boston, USA and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Melbourne University, Melbourne, Australia. Steven has more than 20 years of working experience in the area of operation, business development and corporate finance. Prior to joining Helios Capital, he started his career in Toyota Motor Factory and then moved to corporate finance field by joining a private equity firm, Northstar Equity Partners. With extensive experience in both operation and finance, as a financial advisor Steven has clients engaged in various industries, providing wide range of finance solution in M&A and Debt Restructuring.
